as far my greatest strength is concerned it comprises of 7C's.

Since I am workaholic, getting into the work and not coming out of the department unless and untill I will finsh that work. Second main important thing is very soon I will react to injustice.

Both r the two face of one coin. For me both r important. After all satisfation is must required to do a work , if u will talking about money , a person should not worry about money. If a person perfom well then ultimately then money can flowes.
WHY SHOULD I HIRE U?
Because I am hard working & I think I have all necessary qualities that are required for this job.

Smart Working :- Smart Working requires mental capablities to get the work done

Appreciation
I thnk its one main ingredient for motivation but it should be genuine
